Scholarship

Aurora Christian Academy has partnered with ACE Scholarships to provide scholarships for low income students. Please refer to their website for income qualifications.

ACE will cover half of the tuition for students who are awarded. Students must be enrolled with ACA prior to applying for a scholarship. The scholarship application deadline is Tax Day in April.

After-School Care.

For a small fee per child, after-school care is available to help bridge the gap between school and parents or guardians being able to do pick-ups.

Family Handbook.

A Christian school is an extension of the Christian home: it is designed to train young people in a Christian environment for time and eternity. The school staff works closely with parents to train the whole child.

Attendance at this school is a privilege and not a right. The goal of this school is not to reform, but to disciple Christian youth of every ability in the highest principles of Christian leadership, self-discipline, individual responsibility, personal integrity, and good citizenship.

For more information, please read our Family Handbook.

Curriculum.

We have chosen a blend of curricula for our core classes which not only educate our students, but also challenges them to greater heights.

For all of our classes, we use nationally recognized, accredited, Bible based curriculum. Abeka, Bob Jones, Apologia, Ignitia and Beautiful Feet are utilized within our course of study.

All students will complete Foundations in Personal Finance before graduation.

Juniors and Seniors are able to attend ScottTech in Monett for technical training.

High school students are able to earn dual enrollment credits through Hannibal-LaGrange University.

Dress Code.

All students may wear modest jeans, polo or dress shirts, and closed-toe shoes. Girls may wear knee-length dresses or skirts. Athletic shoes are preferred for all students.

All shirts must have the ACA logo on them. Shirts can be purchased online from our partners.
